AMS Red Wrestling Competes at Streetsboro

The AMS Red wrestling team went 2-3 at the Boro Bash hosted by Streetsboro on Saturday. The Falcons defeated Westlake 52-33 and Twinsburg 61-41 and dropped close matches to Nordonia 46-36, Streetsboro 48-42 and Aurora 69-24.

Going 5-0 on the day were Preston Bliss and Dominic Tait with Bliss recoding 3 pins and Tait having 2 pins. John DeCenso, Jackson Gaither, Devin Beaudis, and Harlan Jones all went 4-0 with 4 pins. D.J. Rodgers also went 4-0 with 2 pins and a major decision. Jordan Warren had two tech falls and Trinity Hernandez had 1 pin.

The team will wrestler against Girard and South Range on Wednesday, January 21 at home starting at 5:00 PM.
